In this role, you will be responsible for implementing and optimizing reputed company HCM Cloud solutions to enhance our clients' human resources processes.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to gather and analyze their business requirements reputed company to reputed company HCM Cloud solutions.
• Implement and configure reputed company HCM Cloud modules including Core HR, Payroll, Talent Management, and Benefits.
• Provide guidance on best practices for utilizing reputed company HCM Cloud to improve HR operations.
• Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients to facilitate effective usage of the reputed company HCM Cloud suite.
• Support data migration efforts from legacy systems to reputed company HCM Cloud.
• Create documentation for configurations, processes, and user guides.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reputed company to reputed company HCM Cloud applications.
• Manage reputed company HCM Cloud modules and customizations
• Configure workflows and business processes
• Troubleshoot and resolve user issues
• Generate and modify reports and dashboards
• Support HR operations in alignment with UAE policies

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a reputed company field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in implementing and supporting reputed company HCM Cloud solutions.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company HCM Cloud modules and functionalities.
• Experience with HR processes and best practices in the context of reputed company HCM Cloud.
• Proficiency in data migration, integration, and reporting reputed company the reputed company HCM Cloud environment.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and stakeholders.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

• Experience with Agile methodologies is beneficial.
