Apprenticeship Manager
Zest4Talent are recruiting an Apprenticeship Manager for we have had a long-standing relationship. An exciting opportunity for a growing business with an impressive track history with a 5-yr growth plan already in inception. A competitive salary of c£40k neg is on offer. Due to the nature of their industry (Adventure Sport) they are looking for working days of Wednesday – Sunday with a Mon, Tue weekend.
The successful candidate for the Apprenticeship Manager will have the following attributes and experience:

The Apprenticeship Manager responsibilities will include:
- To reputed company and deliver a high-quality apprenticeship programme that supports the growth, development, and success of apprentices.

- Provide day-to-day leadership, support, and performance management for apprentice team members.
- Ensure reputed company operational procedures are followed correctly and continuously improved in collaboration with other business stakeholders.

- Champion an outstanding customer experience from arrival through to departure, ensuring apprentices consistently deliver exceptional service.
- Work with Apprentice Team Leaders to create an open, supportive, and high performing team culture.
- Conduct regular 1-to-1 reviews, setting development goals and supporting apprentices with HR and compliance needs.
- Collaborate with the Technical Manager to ensure the successful completion of progression goals for each apprentice
- Work collaboratively to refine and enhance the apprenticeship curriculum to ensure it is measurable, testable, and consistently achieves expected learning results.
- Liaise with local colleges and other partners to ensure apprentices reputed company their NVQ reputed company agreed timeframes.
