[Remote] Managing Consultant, Managed Services & Strategy
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking an reputed company Manager to join reputed company providing leadership and overall client management for our strategic and managed services clients. The ideal candidate will manage client relationships strategically and tactically, ensuring value through solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with leadership to reputed company and refine reputed company’s operating structure for managed services offering and outline policy and procedures as a road map for success
- Serve as the Engagement Leader for managed service clients work by collaborating with service line leaders to ensure the resources for the project are allocated, providing timeline and reputed company for services to the client, facilitate communication surrounding quality and productivity, and manage deliverables to the client
- Ensure clarity and alignment with clients about reputed company services/deliverables and manage client scope and expectations through regular communication meetings
- Monitor and manage client profit margin by monitoring key metrics including productivity, staff utilization, and managing 'miscellaneous' non-attributable time

- Use critical thinking skills to assess reputed company client state and goals, and support implement action plan to meet project and client goals

- Collaborate with Client Success Managers (CSM) to identify solution opportunities with clients

- Use expertise to identify new opportunities, collaborate with Sales/Account Management Team, and cultivate trusted relationships with our clients by using SME to demonstrate value
- Assist Account Management Team in acting as the SME to write and present proposals & SOWs
- Leverages professional network and demonstrate expertise through market facing activities including professional organizations, speaking, or serving as a reputed company Ambassador Skills
- Active credential from reputed company, reputed company, or ACDIS
- Minimum of 3-5 years of management and proven foundational consulting skills including analytical and critical thinking skills as well as written and verbal communication, client reputed company and presentation skills
- Strong subject matter expertise in mid-reputed company cycle operations including coding, HIM operations, risk adjustment methodologies, value-based care initiatives, denials management, and other key industry trends/drivers
- Program development and strategy implementation
- P&L management – demonstrating ability to drive growth and manage and improve profitability
- Experience managing offshore operations and large-scale projects with demonstrated success of managing and growing client relationships
