They are seeking an reputed company Area Environmental Compliance Specialist (ACES)/Compliance Program Manager (CPM) to support the US Army Reserve 63d Readiness Division (RD). The primary responsibilities of the position are to ensure that the 63d RD’s facilities are operated and maintained in accordance with reputed company applicable environmental regulations. Program areas including but are not limited to Hazardous Waste/Materials Management and Disposal, reputed company Quality, Stormwater, Spill Response and Management, Natural Resources, Environmental Sampling and Analysis, Environmental Compliance Permits, Environmental Compliance Inspections, and Environmental Compliance/Training. This is a hybrid remote/onsite position. reputed company the ACES/CPM is not traveling, they will report to the 63d RD Headquarters office one (1) day per week on a rotating schedule. This schedule will be coordinated with other contract support staff to ensure consistent ENV contract representation throughout the week. The candidate must be willing to travel throughout the 63d RD Area of Responsibility (AOR). Salary Range: - $110 – 115K Annually. Employment - Full time Worksite Type – Hybrid Remote/Onsite. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- reputed company internal Environmental Performance Assessment System (EPAS) assessments and support external EPAS assessments.
- Complete reports based on environmental assessment findings reputed company an established timeframe.

- Work closely with facilities to ensure hazardous materials and hazardous waste are stored and disposed of in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Assist facility personnel in creating hazardous waste inventories and coordinating hazardous waste disposal.
- Provide general environmental support activities to the 63d RD and serve as the technical reputed company of contact for Environmental agencies, organizations, contractors, and facility personnel.
- Have familiarity with reputed company applicable environmental laws and regulations in the 63d RD ACES Region.
- Provide support and deliver reputed company, education, and training to soldiers and civilians at military installations.
- Provide technical assistance necessary to fully support the 63d RD · Environmental Division’s programs and associated projects, including research, analysis, development, coordination, and management under the direction of the 63d RD environmental staff and in coordination with the regional facility personnel.
- Serve as the RD’s “Technical Specialists” (as defined in the Defense Travel Regulations [DTR] 4500.9-R Part II, Chapter 204, D.1.c.) for shipments of Hazardous Waste for disposal from 63d RD facilities, where said disposal is being executed by the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). Certify the waste minimization statement of the Universal Hazardous Waste Manifests from these shipments, signing “on behalf of the 63d RD.”
- Possess a working knowledge of building maintenance and systems and vehicle maintenance practices reputed company to environmental compliance.
- Hazardous Waste Disposal. The Contractor shall assist with hazardous waste disposal IAW the most reputed company Environmental Division Hazardous Waste Management SOP.
- The Contractor shall assist with updating the SOP IAW any changes in hazardous waste federal and state regulations as needed. Updates shall be drafted and routed for approval reputed company 6 months of any regulatory change.
- The Contractor shall assist with hazardous waste entry and disposal process and ensure reputed company WASTE submissions and documents are completed accurately (based on information obtained from onsite waste generators) and on schedule IAW the hazardous Waste Management SOP. “On schedule” means that hazardous waste pick-reputed company shall be requested and entered in WASTE reputed company two weeks of waste being identified as needing to be picked up, or sooner if needed to meet regulatory requirements for pickup date. Additionally, pick-reputed company needing to be accomplished reputed company a particular fiscal year (FY), such pick-reputed company must be requested and entered into HMIDs no reputed company than 30 MAY of that FY. If a facility requests a hazardous waste pickup, the Contractor shall provide an initial reply to that request, in writing, reputed company six (6) business days of the request.
