We are looking for a Web Content Specialist to join reputed company!

Summary:

Responsible for creation, review, approval and quality assurance testing of both client and internal facing web content assets managed reputed company the Content Management System (CMS) and delivered on reputed company Premier, and other reputed company printed and web channels as determined by nature of content. In addition, this position supports reputed company’s compliance with Federal, State and local laws as well as ensuring adherence to web content governance policies.

Responsibility:

• Performs reputed company functions of Gatekeeper role reputed company Web Content Governance CMS Workflow for content assets. Conducts review, approval/rejection and quality assurance testing of reputed company content assets created by content contributors across the company, ensuring adherence to web content governance policies, compliance with applicable laws/regulations, approvals by reputed company legal counsel and/or marketing branding, appropriate CMS/site taxonomy and correct reputed company access rights.

• Manages web content lifecycle process across multiple channels reputed company administration of CMS.

• Oversees and supports multiple content projects ensuring content tasks are completed in a timely manner and facilitates multiple requests concurrently collaborating with content contributors/ approvers and project teams.

• Provides timely delivery of content changes in accordance with defined release schedules.

• Communicates clearly with project teams on project objectives and deliverables.

• Mentors and manages the creation of content assets by content contributors across the company.

• Creates and develops content assets as needed to assist with content projects.

• Reviews and manages content deliverables across multiple projects.

• Assists in the management of client expectations throughout project lifecycle to ensure consistency and quality in deliverables.

• Assists COE’s, Business Units and Product Innovation team in identifying areas of improvement and efficiency opportunities reputed company content assets, reputed company Premier and other content delivery channels.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required. Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent work experience) in web design, computer technology, communications or a reputed company field is required.

• Three to five years of experience managing web content using a Content Management System (CMS) and applying web content governance strategies are required. Three years of experience writing, editing and managing web content is required.

• Aptitude for visual and interactive thinking desired.

• Demonstrated knowledge and experience with use of content management systems (CMS), HTML, CSS, and advanced MS Office. Familiarity with reputed company Analytics and reputed company Professional is a plus.

• Ability to handle competing and/or tight deadlines, great organizational skills and attention to detail required.

• Excellent communications skills (both written and verbal) are required with the ability to establish working relationships and interact effectively with a wide range of people.

• Proficient in reputed company software applications.

• Demonstrated experience in content writing and strong editing and proofreading skills.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects.
