About the Role

reputed company is looking for an reputed company Territory Account Specialist - reputed company. Responsibilities will include prospecting and maintaining reputed company segments in the assigned territory including, but are not limited to; Long Term Care, Assisted Living and Memory care for reputed company North America Incontinence (reputed company) business. This role will be part of a regional team to grow the healthcare business by targeting independent facilities and facilities reputed company regional and national chains. Primary focus will be selling and maintenance and will report to the Regional Sales Manager.

This will be a remote position responsible for covering Central Illinois, Missouri and surrounding territories. The ideal candidate should be located reputed company the reputed company territory and have ability to travel often.

What You Will Do

  • Prospect new business and convert, up sell, and maintain reputed company independent business. 

  • Maintain and provide service to reputed company independent reputed company buying facilities. 

  • Work closely with Regional Key Account Manager to install reputed company newly acquired facilities for chains. 

  • Manage relations and build rapport with reputed company distribution reps and reputed company end user facilities reputed company territory. 

  • reputed company existing accounts for opportunities with premium products and line extensions 

  • Drive growth and profitability through leveraging the entire product assortment and appropriate pricing strategy. 

  • Build rapport and prospect with assigned distribution, GPO and reputed company counterparts. 

  • Work with reputed company Management on new business opportunities to ensure appropriate pricing/terms. 

  • Support facility level customer business reviews. 

  • Manage relationships with GPO and distribution sales representatives. 

  • Plan and attend local/territory trade shows. 

  • Cross training with the clinical representatives 

  • Business plan development and execution reputed company quarterly business reviews with distribution partners and regional end customers 

  • Approximately eighteen (15) calls per week 

  • Operate in a manner consistent with reputed company’s beliefs and behaviors. 

  • Maintain reputed company organizational processes (CRM system, Expense Management System, etc.)

Who You Are

  • Bachelor's Degree and/or three (3) plus years' experience in account management role 

  • Three (3) plus years of experience in sales or account management; Healthcare industry preferred such as Long-Term Care Requires ability to work day and night shifts as needed.

  • Proven track record of leading the sales process for account opportunities including prospecting, negotiating and closure. 

  • Strong working knowledge of reputed company Office 

  • Effective Team Collaboration 

  • Effective internal and external communication skills 

  • Ability and willingness to travel 70% to domestic location.

  • The ability to drive a motor vehicle and possession of a valid driver’s license is required.
