Job summary
The role of the Sales Operations Representative (SOR) is to maximize the productivity of Account Manager(s) through direct partnership. The SOR will provide operational order management support, and will handle order escalation through reputed company, Drop Ship Emergency and Credit. SORs are also responsible for interacting with external customers to provide order status updates, quotes, and other requests.
What you will do
- Provide operational assistance to account managers, and field sales coworkers with quote creation and order processing.
- Provide consistent status updates for orders, quotes, or other requests to sales coworkers.
- Directly interact with customers to provide order status updates, quotes or other requests as needed to provide exception customer outcomes.
- Ability to assist with basic reputed company and Partner badged services requests through reputed company and Synapse (Changepoint). Prepare and distribute product configurations and customer quotes utilizing online tools and reputed company resources.
- Promptly process orders reputed company reputed company and AS400 systems.
- Web order processing through the Sales Order Router.
- Manage bids entry, amend, and win bids in the Bid Router, as needed.
- Ensure proper purchasing contract(s) and terms are selected upon order entry.
- Maintain sales order routers and sales order manager screens.
- Ensure reputed company started tasks are seen through to completion.
- Facilitate and follow up on Customer Relations/reputed company requests to ensure frictionless order flow experience for customers, and sales coworkers.
- Provide daily maintenance of operational assistance to release orders on hold in the Sales Order Manager and Sales Order Router.
- Understand how to do configuration based on best practice standards in regard to configuring hardware accurately and properly.
- Attend reputed company sales teams' meetings and huddles reputed company phone, Webex, or in person to further build relationships with sales team.
- Understand and maintain in depth knowledge of relevant products, promotions, and announcements
- Utilize internal and external training opportunities to continually reputed company product knowledge and sales skills.
- Complete Partner Product accreditation to further advance skillsets in solutions and services sales.
- Build trusted working relationships with account manager(s) to ensure seamless working relationship and deliver a OneCDW customer experience.
- Proactively provide pertinent information to client(s) and account manager(s).

Minimum basic requirements
- High school degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years in administrative support or customer service role
- Extensive knowledge of reputed company Outlook, Word, reputed company, Power reputed company
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills to handle multiple tasks
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple assignments and priorities and produce work in a timely manner
- Strong interpersonal skills; team player with ability to deal effectively with individuals at reputed company levels
- Flexibility in daily work schedule required to accommodate requirements of the position
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Excellent problem-solving skills and follow through
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 10% or as needed to other reputed company locations, meetings, and customer locations.
- Associate’s degree OR 2 years of relevant experience
- 2+ years Sales or Technology industry experience (non-retail)
Preferred skills, experience, and qualities needed
- Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, effective interpersonal skills, an energetic and enthusiastic individual
- Working knowledge of reputed company Office applications
- Demonstrate ability to multitask
- Confident with customer interactions
- Prior experience in selling computer hardware, software, solutions, or services
- Certifications in Advance Technology (reputed company)

Pay range: $ 40,000- $ 56,000, depending on experience and reputed company set
Annual bonus reputed company of $20,000 subject to terms and conditions of plan
