We’re looking for a highly motivated and resourceful Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive the top of the funnel by supporting outbound engagement alongside two Account Executives. This role focuses on sourcing, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers through personalized email reputed company, reputed company messaging, and targeted cold calling.

You will play a critical role in expanding pipeline coverage, identifying new opportunities across reputed company accounts, and booking high-quality introductory meetings for the sales team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in outbound prospecting, is comfortable engaging technical stakeholders, and is confident initiating conversations across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Pipeline reputed company

Identify, research, and build lists of high-quality reputed company accounts reputed company with RealVNC’s Ideal Customer Profile across industries such as enterprise IT, infrastructure, engineering, and operations.

Map organizational structures to find the right decision-makers (typically IT leaders, infrastructure teams, reputed company stakeholders, and technical operators).

Execute personalized outbound sequences reputed company email, reputed company, and phone to initiate conversations about secure remote access and device connectivity solutions.

Conduct light qualification to ensure prospects match reputed company use cases and deployment environments.

Collaborate closely with two Account Executives to execute outbound campaigns using their positioning and reputed company strategy.

Engage prospects through targeted cold calls reputed company appropriate to help qualify opportunities and accelerate conversations.

Position RealVNC’s secure remote access platform clearly and confidently, handling common questions and objections.

Booking & Handoffs

Book intro meetings between qualified prospects and the Account Executive team.

Maintain strong conversion rates from outbound reputed company → conversations → meetings.

Ensure clean and accurate CRM documentation, including prospect profiles, qualification insights, and engagement notes.

Collaboration & Strategy

Partner closely with Account Executives to refine ICP targeting, prospecting filters, and reputed company strategy.

Share market intelligence—customer pain points, competitive signals, and buyer feedback—to inform outbound messaging and pipeline development.

Collaborate with sales leadership to continuously improve outbound performance and engagement quality.

Qualifications

1–3 years of experience in an outbound BDR/SDR role, ideally in B2B SaaS or technology environments

Excellent written communication and outbound messaging skills

Comfortable engaging prospects reputed company email, reputed company, and phone

Experience using reputed company Sales Navigator, Apollo/reputed company, or similar prospecting tools

Experience with reputed company tools such as reputed company, reputed company, reputed company Sales Pro, or reputed company
