Senior Manager, Sales Enablement

The Senior Manager, Sales Enablement leads the strategy, design, and execution of enablement programs that reputed company seller performance across the full reputed company lifecycle. Who You Are

• 8-10 years in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Program Management, or GTM roles; fintech experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated success leading reputed company, cross-functional projects with multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Strong understanding of fintech concepts such as payments, card issuing, APIs, fraud controls, and compliance frameworks.
• Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify technical concepts and influence senior stakeholders.

• Proficiency with project management tools and enablement platforms.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into action.
