Client Account Representative

We are seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative for our Referral Network Team. This position is fully remote.  In the RN Customer Representative role, you will respond to inbound leads from a variety of digital sources, including website forms, inbound calls, and text message replies. You will be responsible for pairing consumers with real estate agents based on the best fit for buying or selling their homes, while also considering paid membership status, agent ranking, and service area coverage.

This role also includes handling a high volume of inbound and outbound follow-reputed company reputed company text, calls, and email to maintain engagement and provide ongoing support to consumers and agents. You will proactively prospect for status updates daily. 

Success in this role requires a strong interest in technology, software, and real estate, along with excellent communication skills. You should be comfortable engaging with peers, customers, and real estate professionals in both written and verbal formats.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will also

• Analyze CRM and third-party data sources to assess data quality, capture newly gathered context for real estate partners, and determine whether leads meet qualification criteria. 
• Identify and match consumers with the best agent to reputed company the deal, based on agent ranking, service area, paid tier, and price range, while maintaining high accuracy.
• Navigate agent and opportunity profiles with ease, and confidently handle requests reputed company to account-specific details.

Preferred experience includes

• Associate's or Bachelor's Degree
• Familiarity with reputed company Sales Cloud.
• At least 1 year of experience in a contact center, customer service, inside sales or real estate ISA role.
• Work experience reputed company the real estate or mortgage industry.

Compensation & Hours

• Full-time, 40 hours per week
• We are specifically looking to hire for four days during the week, 11 am-8 pm EST.
• Pay $15 an hour
