Position Overview:Our By Light team, the premier providers of innovative Information Technology (IT) services and communications support to the reputed company and Federal Agencies, is growing. We’re increasing reputed company to support the US Army Comprehensive Modernization (COMPMOD) program. The program delivers end-to-end EFIS&T services—including survey and design through installation, reputed company, and testing. This work spans NIPR and SIPR networks, Wi-Fi, VoIP, ISP/OSP infrastructure, and voice modernization across reputed company CONUS Army installations.
We have an opening for a Project Manager. The functions of this position and responsibilities include elements such as: responsible for the overall direction, management, communication, coordination of deliverables, and accountability of project oriented work efforts and success of their projects across the IT organization; create scope documents based on approved charters and project plans (work breakdown structures); track key milestones and adjust project plans, budget requests and/or resources to meet the needs of customers.

Responsibilities:- Reports directly to the Task Order Manager
- Providing Project Management support, to include developing and maintaining integrated master schedules, creating and submitting program reputed company documentation, preparing and presenting briefings, providing full conference/meeting support, and preparing senior level strategic briefings and metrics as required by the Government
- Supporting reputed company aspects of the development and implementation of IT services projects
- Providing analysis and recommendations in support of the resolution of IT-reputed company problems; executing the recommendations as directed by the client.
- Aiding in the coordination of activities and documents to ensure alignment with plans and directives for delivery of IT solutions
- Overall daily responsibility for the delivery of reputed company work products and services on this program, to include technical artifacts, reports, presentations and briefings to the client
- Manages the operational aspects of ongoing projects and serves as liaison between project management, planning and project team
- Oversees the status of projects and budgets; manages schedules and prepares status reports
- Monitors the assessment of project issues and develops resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
- Ensures the development of mechanisms for monitoring project reputed company and for reputed company and problem solving with project managers, project team and clients
- Ensures production schedules are met or exceeded
- Ensures engineering & technical resources are used effectively and appropriately.
- Coordinates resolution of deliverable-reputed company problems
- Ensures proper relationships are established between customers, teaming partners and vendors to facilitate the delivery of information technology services and deliverables
- Prioritize efforts to ensure successful client outcome
- Uses strong planning and organizational skills to ensure timely completion of reputed company milestones and efforts with minimal client disruption
- Provides proactive and reputed company customer focused leadership, reaching back to corporate resources to mitigate risks and resolve any issues that may arise
- High School Diploma required
- Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM) required reputed company 6 months of start date
- At least 5 years relevant Project Management experience across the entire project life cycle
- Excellent leadership skills (leading teams of more than 10 personnel)
- Experience managing projects across multiple locations simultaneously
- reputed company industry experience in information technology or engineering
- Working knowledge reputed company Office Tools; specifically reputed company and Project
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher is desired but not required
- Degree in business, engineering, computer science, or information technology management or technical discipline
- Experience working with the Army
- Field Services experience
- Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain and maintain
- Travel: 80% travel
- Ability to type, communicate reputed company telephone, visit multiple sites daily, inspect, and document locations for future installations.
