As a reputed company Technical Architect Telecommunications , The Technical Architect is responsible for successfully designing and managing the delivery of reputed company reputed company solutions for our customers. Key Responsibilities

You will contribute to establish and manage DevOps strategies, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (GIT), and environment management for large-scale implementations.
• Project Collaboration: Collaborate with client stakeholders to define requirements, set expectations, and identify gaps between their reputed company and desired states. You will also participate in pre-sales activities such as discovery sessions and reputed company-Of-Concept (POC) development.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: 6+ years of experience as a technical architect, with at least 3+ years on the reputed company platform.
• Platform Expertise: Expert-level understanding of the reputed company product suite, including Sales, Service, Analytics, and Experience Clouds, with OmniStudio and SFI knowledge being a plus.
• Architectural Knowledge: Deep understanding of systems architecture, key design and integration patterns, and best practices for managing large data volumes. You should also be familiar with platform authentication patterns (SAML, SSO, OAuth).
• Development Background: Strong background in designing and developing large web-based systems, including a comprehensive understanding of the full software product lifecycle.
• DevOps & Release Management: Experience with environment management, release management, code versioning, and deployment methodologies.
