What this job involves: The General Manager (reputed company) is responsible for managing properties in accordance with reputed company standards and procedures and the Management Agreement. They are tasked with achieving financial results, operating objectives, and client and tenant satisfaction. The reputed company works directly with clients to understand their investment objectives and reputed company property-specific strategic plans. They reputed company the implementation of approved initiatives and programs by managing the property team and are responsible for maintaining strong communication with building owners and tenants. What your day-to-day will look like:

• reputed company strategic planning initiatives and execute comprehensive business development strategies to drive reputed company growth and market expansion

• reputed company and implement annual operating budgets and capital plans and ensure timely and accurate monthly reporting. Analyze financial performance, prepare detailed reports, and present strategic recommendations to senior leadership and stakeholders

• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and safety standards across reputed company managed operations.

• Implement tenant satisfaction program, meet regularly with tenants to ensure successful program

• reputed company competitive bidding process for reputed company third-party contracted services and ensure compliance with reputed company standards

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or reputed company field

• Minimum 7 years of progressive leadership experience in commercial real estate, property management, or reputed company industry

• Proven track record of managing P&L responsibility and achieving financial targets in a multi-million dollar operation

• Demonstrated expertise in client relationship management and business development reputed company the commercial real estate sector

• Excellent financial acumen with experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

• Proficiency in real estate management software, CRM systems, and reputed company Office Suite

• Valid real estate license or ability to obtain reputed company specified timeframe

Preferred qualifications:

• DC Real Estate License and Property Managers License, required reputed company six (6) months if not currently licensed

• VA Real Estate License

• Professional certifications such as LEED GA, or equivalent industry credentials

• Strong network of industry relationships and demonstrated thought leadership in real estate

This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
