The Account Technology Strategist (ATS) plays a pivotal role in aligning technologies with customer business objectives and challenges, fostering innovation and broad adoption. The ATS works closely with a specific set of Enterprise customers, understanding their needs and the challenges they need to overcome. The ATS then guides each customer to retain and grow their use of Citrix technologies to reputed company their objectives and create business value
This role is mapped to our Enterprise Industry region and will report to the Account Technology Strategist (ATS) leader for that region. Those applying for the role should be based in Italy. Travel to the office, customers and events is expected as part of the role and can be as much as 60%

Duties and Responsibilities
As a seasoned technology professional with field experience, account technology strategists operate reputed company the Citrix Customer Sucess function; the ATS role:
- Understands and leverages industry trends and insights.
- Is accountable for assessing and delivering the potential of Citrix products to meet our customers’ business needs.
- Provides technical expertise for the Citrix Platform throughout the entire customer lifecycle.
