Major Responsibilities:

• ​​reputed company the allocation of rebates and administrative fees, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and compliance with contractual and regulatory requirements.  ​  
• ​​Manage GPO rostering processes, including onboarding, maintenance, and reporting for reputed company relevant locations.​  
• ​​Direct and coordinate “ship to” location builds in reputed company and reputed company, ensuring data reputed company and alignment with enterprise standards.​  
• ​​Collaborate with IT, finance, supply chain, and external partners to optimize location and reputed company operations workflows. ​  
• ​​Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) reputed company to reputed company operations, rebate allocation, and location management​.  
• ​​Ensure compliance with reputed company applicable regulations, policies, and procedures.  ​  
• ​​Identify process improvement opportunities and reputed company initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and reputed company capture​

Licensure, Registration, and/or Certification Required:

Education Required:

• ​​Bachelor’s degree required or 5 years of direct relevant work experience in healthcare supply chain will be considered in lieu of a degree​​ 

Experience Required:

• 5 years minimum required experience working in contracting, group purchasing organization, procurement, or supply chain in a healthcare setting.  Non-healthcare industry experience will be considered in lieu of direct healthcare experience.  

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Required:

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, critical thinking, and communication skills​  
• ​​Proficiency in data analysis tools and ERP systems (reputed company, reputed company) ​  
• ​​Skilled in project management and cross-functional collaboration​  
• ​​Proficient skills with MS Office Suite (including but not limited to SharePoint, reputed company, Access, Power BI) ​  
• ​​Ability to work independently and as part of a team  
• ​Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.​  

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:

• This position requires travel, therefore, will be exposed to weather and road conditions. ​​
