Job Summary

As a reputed company Agent at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for coordinating planes on the ground, handling cargo and baggage, and ensuring our ground operations run smoothly. This is a part-time, remote position that requires a strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities

* Provide friendly and courteous service to internal and external customers, including passengers, baggage handlers, and other airline staff

• Work collaboratively with other Ground Operations teams to meet flight departure schedules
• Load, unload, and handle cargo, baggage, and mail as required
• Record and track cargo, baggage, and mail using arenaflex's data management system

• Use jetway steps to transport checked baggage to the aircraft cargo hold
• Inspect cargo and baggage for accuracy and completeness, and resolve any discrepancies or issues

Requirements
