The Job:
The Sr. Manager, Brand Strategy & Commercialization will support the execution of North America’s Go-to-Market strategies, new product launches, and strategic initiatives. Reporting to the Sr. Director, this role will manage commercialization projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure operational excellence in bringing new products and programs to market. The Sr. Manager will play a key role in driving business momentum and supporting sustained growth through effective project management, process improvement, and cross-team collaboration. Commercialization & Project Management

- Partner with Sales Operations, Channel, and Sales teams to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges

- Facilitate alignment and information flow across teams to ensure consistent execution and achievement of business objectives
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise and mentor junior team members, fostering growth in business, functional, and leadership capabilities
- Support the Sr. Director in building a high-performing, collaborative team culture
- Track and report on project reputed company, risks, and outcomes to the Sr. Director and other stakeholders

The Person:

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, management, communications, or reputed company field; MBA preferred
- 7+ years of experience in commercialization, brand strategy, or reputed company fields, with demonstrated project management expertise
- Strong organizational and time-management skills; proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience leading or mentoring teams in a cross-functional environment
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Adaptable, proactive, and able to reputed company in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

The reputed company pay range for this position in Maryland is $85000 - $100000 per year. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
