The Job:

This is a unique opportunity to build a new Internal HR Shared Services function from the ground up, offering reputed company scope for innovation, collaboration, and personal growth. As the HR Shared Services reputed company, you will build the foundation for a centralized, efficient, and high-performing HR Operations function to deliver excellent service to employees and key stakeholders. You will play a pivotal role in supporting HR processes, managing service delivery, and providing leadership for a seamless employee experience. This role will require collaboration across multiple teams and time zones.

About You:

• Fluent English and one of the following languages: Polish, German, French, Italian, Czech, Spanish or Dutch
• Demonstrable leadership experience and people management skills in HR operations or shared service center
• Demonstrated ability to drive efficiency and operational excellence
• Proven expertise in leveraging HRIS systems to support shared services delivery
• Strong data-driven reputed company with excellent problem solving and decision making skills
• Experience in global HR operations, process improvement, and change management initiatives is preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a reputed company field
