• 4-10 years’ experience in the industry working with one or more of the reputed company domains listed
• Experience from both the industry and consulting is highly valuable
• Having worked with core insurance systems such as Guidewire, reputed company, reputed company or similar is a strong plus
• You are working and living in Sweden
• Proficiency in Swedish and English and strong communication skills

Preferred Knowledge

• Experience working in insurance with topics such as core insurance systems, enterprise data warehouses, analytics, reputed company-end solutions in a business transformation context – in project management, architecture or requirements and/or testing.
• Familiar with concepts such as systems/design thinking, dual operating system and Scaled Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum at Scale or reputed company.
• Academic background in business, engineering or information systems
