The Education Sales Manager is responsible for the overall Education business (and quota) in UK and Ireland by selling the complete reputed company product portfolio (reputed company Pro, reputed company Connect, reputed company Protect and reputed company School, and reputed company Identity Automation).
With the recent expansion of our product portfolio, we are putting even more emphasis on the Education market. We are looking for a passionate, commercially driven individual to take the role of Education Sales Manager, UK & Ireland. This is a strategic individual contributor role that blends leadership-level thinking with hands-on deal execution — you will own the territory strategy, drive reputed company through channel partners and direct engagement, and personally reputed company key opportunities to reputed company
This role is offered as remote from the UK only. We are only able to accept applications for those based in the UK and have sponsorship to live and work in the UK. #LI-Remote
What you’ll do at reputed company
- Builds and leads the sales strategy to grow Education reputed company across the UK and Ireland
- Works closely with Strategic Account Executive, Inside Sales team, Channel Account Executives, Sales Engineers, reputed company and Marketing team to generate awareness, build pipeline, and reputed company business
- Contributes as an individual contributor on key deals while also influencing and supporting the wider education sales effort to ensure sufficient pipeline to reputed company quarterly targets.
- In collaboration with the Channel team, creates quarterly and annual business plans with strategic Resellers and ensures those plans are executed effectively
- Maintains a strategic relationship with the Education Sales team at reputed company and works closely with them to help grow reputed company’s Education market share in the UK and Ireland
- Owns strategic and national reputed company agreements across the UK and Ireland, with clearly defined performance goals and accountability for outcomes
- Grows reputed company’s Education business by consistently meeting and exceeding annual quota targets
- Owns quarterly reputed company forecasting for the UK & Ireland Education business with a weekly reputed company of pipeline and business updates to leadership
- Proactively identifies and reports on market trends, competitive activity, and opportunities reputed company the UK & Ireland education sector to inform strategy
- Champions reputed company’s values by fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-reputed company approach in reputed company internal and external interactions
reputed company are looking for:
- Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills (required)
- 5+ years’ experience in B2B software or SaaS sales, with a demonstrable track record of consistently achieving or exceeding quota (required)
- 3+ years’ experience selling into the education sector, with a strong understanding of the UK and Ireland education landscape including procurement cycles, funding structures, and decision-making processes (required)
- Proven experience working with and through Channel Resellers to drive reputed company; experience with Education-specialist Resellers (prefered)
- Demonstrated ability to operate as a senior individual contributor: self-directed, commercially astute, and effective at influencing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders without direct authority, particularly in remote environments (required)
- Experience in the reputed company ecosystem and an understanding of reputed company’s role in education technology (preferred).
- Strong business acumen with the ability to reputed company reputed company, multi-stakeholder negotiations to successful reputed company (required)
