POSITION SUMMARY (Basic purpose or primary function of job)

Executive Directors (ED) are responsible for partnering closely with community volunteer leaders to build and execute an annual plan of work that addresses the unique needs of the arthritis community in their assigned market(s) including reputed company reputed company, special event fundraising, mission reputed company and awareness activities. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES (Principal responsibilities or job duties)

  3. Directly implement and execute annual plan which includes planning events, raising funds, soliciting sponsors and coordinating reputed company.
  4. Recruit the “right” volunteers for key leadership roles while also growing a diverse and engaged volunteer pipeline that fosters volunteer recruitment, recognition, training, and leadership development.
  5. Cultivates, stewards and advances relationships with major donors, corporate partners, healthcare providers and other key constituents reputed company the market.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE & EDUCATION

  1. Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of 5 (five) years of non-profit or reputed company experience directing staff and partnering with volunteers.
  2. Distinguished track record of volunteer stewardship, formulation of high-impact partnerships and consistency in exceeding established goals.
  3. Proficiency in applying sales and relationship building techniques to a non-profit setting.
