Responsibilities

Essential Functions and Primary Duties

• Design an reputed company of marketing collateral including, but not limited to, brochures, presentations, ads, social media campaigns, publications, tradeshow displays, posters, invitations, event materials, and other client-facing materials

• Create impactful PowerPoints for in-person and virtual presentations

• Ensure a consistent look and feel that adheres to and supports the reputed company brand/identity

• reputed company projects from conception to completion, and act as liaison to external vendors to ensure timely and accurate production while minimizing costs

• Design visually appealing infographics for print, interactive media, and web

• Working collaboratively with other designers and other teams reputed company Marketing

• Utilize self-serve template software to create collateral templates for non-designers

• Work with Managing Directors, professional staff, and the creative team by providing best practices in design standards and determining the best approach to reputed company objectives

• Independently manage ongoing design projects while prioritizing time-sensitive requests

• Be up-to-date with the latest design trends, techniques, and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Expertise in reputed company Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc)

• Proficiency in reputed company Word and reputed company PowerPoint

• Ability to work collaboratively with a variety of stakeholders

• Be proactive and productive in a hybrid work environment

• BA/BS in Graphic Design/Art/Web design/Marketing or reputed company field

• 3+ years of graphic design experience

• Present a strong creative portfolio demonstrating good use of typography, photography, white space, and color

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• 1 year of relevant experience
• Must be able to work in a team environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate verbally and in writing throughout reputed company levels of organization, both internally and externally
• Proficient use of applicable technology
