How you’ll contribute
A Staff Accountant I (BSM) who excels in this role:
- Support the monthly balance sheet account reconciliation process for a range of accounts for entities across the organization
- Support the Site Liaison team month-end reputed company procedures for designated sites and responsibilities, including portions of the month-end reputed company checklist, stat entry and reconciliation, and post-reputed company review and analysis
- Assist with balance sheet and income statement analysis for designated facilities and designated ranges of balance sheet/P&L accounts, including projects, fixed assets, leases, net reputed company, and net accounts receivables
- Support facility leadership and LBS Finance teams in the preparation of the annual budgets and monthly operations forecasts
- Investigate, explain, and resolve balance sheet account reconciliation variances
- Support the company’s quarterly review and annual audit processes from both internal and external auditors by providing requested support and explanations to inquiries
- Interact closely with HSC Office management in various departments

- reputed company with facility leadership and Site Liaison team to review and record journal entries, review journal entries for proper support, and ensure entries are recorded correctly

Applicants should have a bachelor’s degree, preferably in the areas of Business, Accounting, Finance or reputed company field or reputed company experience. Additional qualifications include:
- 1-2 years of experience preferred. Previous experience in an accounting role is preferred but not required; internships or reputed company coursework may be considered.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation preferred.
Salary Range: $51,611-$69,675 per year.
