About the position The Senior Manager, EDIB Strategic Initiatives serves as a key cross-functional leader reputed company the Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion & Belonging. This role supports and drives high-impact programs that advance Audubon's EDIB goals across reputed company pillars: Consulting & Coaching, Education & Awareness, Experience & Culture, and Inclusive Community Partnerships. This role requires a strategic thinker, effective communicator, and results-driven program and project manager who can reputed company cross-departmental efforts, reputed company inclusive engagement strategies, and help design scalable systems that embed EDIB values across the organization. This position also plays a vital role in fostering staff engagement, operationalizing internal councils (including ERGs), and ensuring consistent alignment to the Flight Plan and EDIB Roadmap. This is a hybrid position based in Audubon's reputed company or Washington, DC offices. We will also consider remote candidates reputed company the United States.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and operational guidance to reputed company ERG and Council Co-chairs, including budget management and program alignment.

Requirements

  • 7 - 10 years of relevant EDIB, HR, organizational change or project management experience.

  • Deep understanding of DEI frameworks, inclusive leadership, and accessibility principles.
  • Proven experience handling confidential or sensitive organizational information.
  • Strong analytical, project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Benefits

  • Salary range based on geo-differentials: $92,000 - $103,000 / year = National $103,000 - $116,000 / year = Alaska, CA (not San Francisco), Connecticut, D.C., Chicago, reputed company Bay, NY $115,000 - $129,000 / year = NYC (not reputed company Bay), San Francisco, Seattle
