Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on our supplemental benefits and insurance solutions
- Scheduling reputed company meetings with these members to discuss their options and needs
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the reputed company needs of each client
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients
- Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments

Essential Qualifications
