Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Connecting with inbound customers online and over the phone to understand their needs and preferences
- Using your knowledge of arenaflex's inventory to guide customers towards vehicles that meet their needs
- Providing support and guidance throughout the car buying journey, from online sales or appraisal to arranging finance applications and scheduling vehicle delivery
- Ensuring a seamless transition from online to in-store purchasing to provide an unrivaled customer service experience
- Mentoring others as your skillset expands
- Achieving sales targets while providing an iconic customer experience
- Acquiring the Automotive Sales Persons License in specific states, which may require testing and travel
Qualifications and Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Sales and customer service experience, preferably in retail
- The ability to reputed company in a fast-paced sales environment
- Good listening skills and a strong customer focus
- A high level of self-motivation to reputed company performance goals
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- The ability to learn and master new technologies, with strong computer skills
- Open availability for shifts that may include nights, weekends, and holidays
- The ability to shift schedules two times per year according to the needs of the business
- Meeting minimum technology requirements, including type of internet service and speed of internet service
- Living reputed company 60 miles or 1 hour of the Customer Experience Center (CEC) location
Benefits
As a Customer Service Consultant at arenaflex, you will receive:
- An hourly reputed company of $18.00 - $26.70
- Paid sick, vacation, and holiday time, including up to 48 hours of sick time per year and between 80 hours and 200 hours per year of vacation time after a 90-day waiting period
- 8 hours of pay for each of a total of 6 paid scheduled holidays per year, plus 1 floating holiday
- Paid time away with no specified limit for sick, vacation, bereavement, jury duty, holidays, floating holiday, etc. subject to manager approval
