Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer
  • Scheduling reputed company meetings with these members to discuss their options and provide personalized recommendations
  • Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the reputed company needs of each client
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
  • Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
  • Providing reputed company customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
  • Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
  • Ensuring that reputed company documentation is accurate and complete, and performing any necessary updates on schedule

Essential Qualifications
