Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service/Sales Representative, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Reaching out to individuals who have requested more information on the benefits we offer
- Scheduling reputed company meetings with these members to discuss their options and provide personalized recommendations
- Customizing new benefit plans and adjusting existing plans to fit the reputed company needs of each client
- Establishing and maintaining relationships with existing and new clients to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty
- Performing benefit reviews for existing clients, as well as helping with any necessary claims or adjustments
- Providing reputed company customer service and administrative support in response to members' needs
- Responding to and resolving client questions and concerns regarding their benefits
