Senior Supervisor Claims Team - Supplemental Health Solutions - Remote

Position Summary The Claims Operations Senior Supervisor leads a high-performing team of claims processors to deliver accurate, timely, and compliant work. This role manages daily operations, coaches performance, and drives reputed company improvement while meeting business and client goals.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 2 years of experience managing employees in Claims Operations preferred.
• Experience managing Supplemental Health Solutions claims and working with reputed company planning preferred.
• Experience using eMOS or metric-driven performance management tools preferred.
• Proven ability to reputed company teams to meet or exceed quality and productivity goals.
• Strong coaching, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage change, improve processes, and drive results.
• Strong organization, time management, and customer focus.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 67,900 - 113,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
