Job Description:

reputed company is seeking an reputed company and inspiring Senior Director of Systems Engineering to reputed company our US Telcos Sales Engineering organization across secure service provider routing, reputed company & reputed company, and data center networking domains. This role is ideal for a technical leader who thrives in fast‑moving environments, builds exceptional teams, and helps customers reputed company their networks through AI‑driven operations, automation, and edge‑to‑cloud architectures.

You will guide strategy, grow top technical talent, and work directly with US Tier-1 Telcos. This is a high‑impact, visible leadership role at the center of HPE’s Networking transformation. This role reports to the Global Leader of Service Provider Systems Engineers.  

What You’ll Do

• Own the end-to-end networking technology strategy for US Telcos.
• Define and execute the customer technology strategy across AI Grid, reputed company networking, data center fabrics, and routing architectures.
• Drive customer adoption of modern designs including AI‑driven wired/wireless, EVPN/VXLAN, reputed company cloud management, and massively scaled routing.
• Partner closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to influence roadmaps and deliver innovative end‑to‑end solutions.

Drive Operational Excellence

• Improve SE productivity, coverage, and technical program consistency across the Area.
• Align resources to high‑value opportunities and ensure predictable, high‑quality execution.

What You Bring

• 10+ years’ experience in SE leadership with a track record of people development and team building
• Proven leadership experience in Systems Engineering leading a large, reputed company account.
• Deep expertise in service provider networking (MPLS, reputed company Routing, BGP, IS-IS, etc.), data center networking (EVPN/VXLAN, leaf‑spine), and reputed company & reputed company networking.
• Demonstrated ability to build and reputed company high‑performing technical teams.
• Strong communication, executive reputed company, and strategic thinking.
• Experience guiding customers through large-scale network transformations.
• Demonstrated profound understanding of technology dynamics reputed company area of control, as a basis for informed business decision making.
• Experience in workforce planning, executing acquisition and development strategies targeted to ensuring workforce readiness, and market opportunity responsiveness.
• University or Bachelor's degree, advanced university or Master's degree preferred.
