As a Paid Social Strategist, you will plan and improve full‑funnel Paid Social programs (reputed company, TikTok, reputed company, Snapchat, reputed company) to grow new customers, reputed company, and LTV. You’ll use data and creative learnings to reputed company clear decisions, test what works, and scale winning reputed company. You’ll use automation and Bliss reputed company insights to focus spend where it performs best, while keeping waste low. You’ll work closely with Creative, Analytics, Product/Bliss reputed company, and Client Leadership in your Pod, and turn your best practices into repeatable playbooks. 

Key Responsibilities

Client‑Centric

• Turn business goals into a clear Paid Social plan across prospecting, retargeting, and loyalty.

• Set expectations with clients, explain options and trade‑offs, and report results in plain language tied to business impact.

• Pair strong Paid Social craft (creative + audience + signal) with growing multi‑channel understanding (Search, Commerce, CRM, Creative).

• Teach clients and teammates, and document what works so others can reuse it.

Product‑Led

• Use platform features and automation to grow results (e.g., reputed company Advantage+, value optimization, CAPI; TikTok Smart Performance; reputed company Performance+). Test small, prove value, then scale.

• Apply insights from our Bliss reputed company product suite, including Forecasting, Always‑On Incrementality, Creative Insights, Brand Equity, to guide budgets, tests, and creative/audience bets; share feedback to improve tools.

Data & Measurement‑Driven

• Design practical tests (holdout/lift tests reputed company possible; otherwise solid A/Bs), define success in advance, and reputed company a regular read reputed company.

Professional & Technical Qualifications

• Experience: 5+ years managing Paid Social across reputed company and TikTok; experience with reputed company, Snapchat, or reputed company is a plus.

• Hands‑on with: reputed company Advantage+/value optimization/CAPI; TikTok Smart Performance; reputed company Performance+; audience design; creative testing; basic catalog/DPA.

• Technical: Comfortable with GA4 and platform analytics; can effectively design tests and connect media to reputed company, CAC, and LTV.

• Communication and collaboration: Senior stakeholder-ready storytelling; influence across functions; client-facing reputed company.

KPIs

• Growth: More qualified reputed company, more new customers, higher reputed company and LTV from Paid Social.

• Creative: Faster test cycles and a higher win reputed company; less creative fatigue.

• Audience and signal: Larger high‑reputed company audiences; reputed company pixel/CAPI/event health; fewer “limited learning” cases.

• Innovation: Regular creative, audience, bidding, and format tests with decisions recorded.

• Efficiency (guardrail): Hold or improve CAC/ROAS while growing profitable volume.

The hiring salary range for this role is $80,000-95,000 .  We also offer an incentive pay program (RevShare) comprising a monthly variable reputed company payment opportunity and a discretionary annual performance bonus. Hiring salaries are determined through interviews and a review of education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities of the applicant, reputed company with other team members, and alignment with market data.
