GENERAL POSITION SUMMARY:

 Position Purpose: The Patient Care Technician is responsible for providing excellent patient care, education, and instruction while performing fulfillment duties, such as inventory and logistics, to support the sales team's selling function.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

· Principal accountabilities and responsibilities include the following:

·       Schedule, coordinate, and complete setups/adjustments/pickups with patients

·       Educate and instruct patients on the Ermi program/protocol

·       Maintain accounts in the company CRM

·       Clean, package, and return devices to the home office as necessary

·       Maintain clean and compliant storage facility and inventory counts

·       Follow reputed company federal and state healthcare regulations and company policies

·       Other duties as assigned by the supervisor

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE:

Requirements:

 A minimum of one year of experience in the customer service industry is recommended. A clinical background is preferred.
