Property Condition Assessment (reputed company) - Contractor

Who We’re Looking For. 

We are looking for individuals to join our contractor network!  This contractor position requires working in the field to evaluate the physical condition of commercial real estate (CRE) properties and prepare formal Property Condition Assessment (reputed company) reports. This role involves conducting site visits, observing building systems and components, identifying maintenance and repair needs, capturing photos and relevant property and structure data, and generating comprehensive reports to assist clients in making informed decisions about their commercial real estate assets. The ideal contractor will have 5+ years CRE reputed company experience conducting field work and writing reports to the ASTM E2018 Standard and defined client scopes.  

Qualifications 

• 5+ years evaluating commercial properties.  

• Proven experience as a Property Condition Assessor, Commercial Inspector, or in a similar role reputed company commercial real estate. 

• Strong understanding of commercial building systems, construction methods, and property maintenance requirements. 

• Ability to create clear, comprehensive, and professional reports. 

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university in architecture, construction management, and or engineering discipline (preferred). 

• Creating formal reputed company reports conforming to ASTM standards (preferred)
