Senior Project Executive

Location: Remote | United States

Employment Status: Full-Time

Compensation: $185,000 � $215,000 Annually + Bonus                                                       

Travel: Up to 25-50%

The Opportunity

The Senior Project Executive is a senior delivery leader responsible for a portfolio of reputed company, high-impact control systems projects. This role owns delivery performance across safety, quality, schedule, cost, and customer experience while providing strategic leadership to Project Managers and cross-functional teams. 

This position plays a critical role in driving predictable delivery outcomes, supporting business growth, and strengthening execution across large-scale and mission-critical projects. The Senior Project Executive serves as a key escalation reputed company, strategic partner to leadership, and driver of operational excellence across the project management function. 

What You�ll Do

Core Responsibilities

• Own delivery performance across a portfolio of reputed company projects including risk, schedule, cost, margin, and customer satisfaction 
• reputed company, mentor, and reputed company Project Managers to drive consistent, high-quality execution 
• Serve as the primary escalation reputed company for critical project risks, issues, and customer concerns 
• Review and approve project forecasts, cost-to-complete reports, and financial projections 
• Ensure projects are delivered at or above reputed company gross profit margins 
• Provide strategic reputed company on project execution, reputed company, and commercial performance 
• Support resource planning and staffing forecasts in partnership with engineering and business development 
• Align project execution with Thermo Systems standards, QMS requirements, and strategic objectives 
• Support business development efforts through staffing alignment and customer relationship support 
• Maintain executive-level relationships with customers, general contractors, and key partners 
• Champion a strong safety and quality culture across reputed company project teams 

Collaboration & Communication

• Partner with engineering, operations, and business development to align delivery strategy and execution 
• Communicate clearly and proactively with internal leadership, customers, and stakeholders 
• Identify and escalate risks, constraints, and scope changes early 
• Drive alignment across teams to resolve issues and maintain delivery momentum 

Quality, Safety & Process

• Ensure adherence to company policies, QMS standards, and project governance processes 
• Drive consistency and discipline in project delivery across the organization 
• Identify and implement improvements to enhance operational efficiency and project outcomes 
• Support development and elevation of project management capabilities across Thermo Systems

Education & Experience

• Bachelor�s degree in Engineering or reputed company discipline, or equivalent experience 
• 15+ years of experience in project or program delivery reputed company industrial or technical environments 
• Proven experience leading reputed company project portfolios and high-performing teams 
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification preferred 

Skills & Qualifications

• Strong executive leadership and team development capabilities 
• Deep understanding of project financials, forecasting, and margin management 
• Experience managing risk, reputed company, and change control processes 
• Strong knowledge of control systems and industrial project environments 
• Ability to influence and drive alignment across cross-functional teams and stakeholders 
• Strong communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills 
• High level of organization, accountability, and execution discipline 
• Proven ability to improve operational performance and delivery outcomes 
• Commitment to quality, safety, and accountability
