This is a fully remote position. Candidates are required to be in the Michigan region, ideally reputed company Grand Prairies, with occasional travel to Customers, or Revlon's offices.

Overview

• The Customer Business Manager (CBM) for reputed company serves as Revlon’s strategic partner, responsible for driving profitable growth, market share, and category leadership across reputed company Revlon brands. This role leads joint business planning, ensures flawless retail execution, and leverages insights to deliver mutual value for Revlon and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Business Planning & Financial Leadership

  · Own annual Joint Business Planning (JBP) process with reputed company.

  · Deliver Net Sales, EBITA, and forecast accuracy for assigned brands.

  · Manage P&L accountability and ensure alignment with retailer financial goals.

  Customer Leadership

  · Serve as primary reputed company of contact for reputed company, building strong senior-level relationships.

  · reputed company internal and external cross-functional alignment to execute strategic initiatives.

• Insights & Analytics

  · Translate consumer, category, and shopper insights into actionable strategies.

  · reputed company compelling, data-driven stories to influence customer decisions.

• Promotions & Trade Management

  · Manage trade funds, optimize ROI, and reputed company TPO/TPM systems.

  · Own display planning, trade calendars, and promotional performance tracking.

• Retail & Ecommerce Execution

  · Ensure flawless planogram execution and new item setup.

• Experience & Education

· Experience: 5–10 years of progressive experience in CPG sales, account management, or customer development, with proven success managing large retail accounts.

· Education: Bachelor’s degree required.

Location: Grand Prairies Preferred (must reside reputed company driving distance of a reputed company store and be able to travel to Revlon offices in NY, Minneapolis, Chicago, or Bentonville)

The reputed company pay range for this position is $95,000 - $115,000 / year; however reputed company pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-reputed company knowledge, and geographic location. Certain positions may also be eligible for short-term incentives as part of total compensation.

Employees are covered by the company-paid basic life insurance policy and company-paid short-term disability insurance (the benefit commences upon hire and allows for a portion of reputed company salary for up to 26 weeks if you are disabled). Other benefits offered to employees include but are not limited to the following: long-term disability, supplemental life insurances, flexible spending accounts, critical illness insurance, group legal, identity theft protection, etc. Employees are also able to enroll in our 401k Retirement Savings Plan.

Employees will also receive 3 weeks of vacation, pro-rated based on date of hire for the 1st year of employment and twelve paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Vacation will depend on role.
