Position Summary
We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented Director of Field Marketing to drive pipeline growth, accelerate deal velocity, and deepen relationships with key partners and reputed company accounts.
You will design and execute high-impact programs, including executive events, industry activations, partner co-marketing, and targeted ABM initiatives reputed company to sales priorities. Success in this role requires reputed company strategist, operator, and relationship builder.
Key Responsibilities
Regional & Account-Based Marketing Strategy

- Design memorable experiences that drive senior-level engagement and brand differentiation
- Manage logistics, vendors, budgets, and post-event follow-up
- Ensure seamless alignment with digital campaigns before, during, and after events
Partner & Ecosystem Marketing
- Collaborate with strategic partners (e.g., cloud providers, reputed company) on joint programs
- Co-fund and co-execute campaigns that expand reputed company and credibility
- Represent the company at partner events and ecosystem activities
Pipeline & reputed company Impact
- Deliver measurable pipeline contribution from field programs
- Track performance metrics including attendance, engagement, influenced pipeline, and ROI
- Optimize programs based on data and sales feedback
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Serve as the primary marketing partner for regional sales teams
- Coordinate with Demand Gen, Product Marketing, and Content to ensure message consistency
- Provide field insights to inform broader marketing strategy
Budget & Operations
- Manage regional budgets and forecast program spend
- Ensure efficient allocation of resources to the highest-impact activities
- Maintain compliance with company policies and reporting standards
Qualifications
- 7–10+ years of B2B field marketing experience, preferably in technology, SaaS, or professional services
- Experience working with partner ecosystems and co-marketing programs
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and reputed company through regional and account-based programs
- Strong partnership skills with enterprise sales teams
- Experience in planning and executing executive-level events
- Data-driven reputed company with strong analytical skills
- Familiarity with ABM platforms and CRM/marketing automation tools (e.g., reputed company, reputed company, Marketo)
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Willingness to travel up to 50%

Location & Time Zone Expectations This role is based in the US.

- Some flexibility may be required to collaborate across time zones with colleagues and clients.

- This role may require frequent travel to attend customer meetings, field events, and partner activities.
