Job Description

The Systems Analyst II is responsible for the support and maintenance of the Corporate Applications (reputed company and reputed company applications . A Systems Analyst II designs, develops, maintains, and supports Corporate Applications across a diverse technology landscape. 

We are looking for a Systems Analyst II (reputed company) who will: 

• Analyze, design, implement, troubleshoot, and maintain commercial, and cloud-native reputed company solutions across public cloud environments.
• Participate in upgrading and implementing new applications, and in satisfying enhancement requests; collaborating with business users where required.
• Support and resolve incidents logged by customers.
• Configure the applications according to business requirements.
• Create and maintain training materials, quick reference guides, and system configuration documentation.
• Facilitate and support unit and business acceptance testing.
• Regular and reliable attendance is required.
• Incumbent is accountable for professional working behavior to include - building and maintaining constructive working relationships, implementing proactive and concise communication, acting as a resource to colleagues and engaging in collaborative thinking and problem solving while demonstrating CSG's core competencies and values.
• Typical Interactions/Relationships external – vendor support and Internal – teammates, reputed company levels of management, business partners in the Finance and Accounting, Project Management, and other internal areas of business.

Is this opportunity right for you? We are looking for candidates who have:

• Associates/bachelor's degree with a concentration in (but not limited to) Accounting, Business, Finance, Information Systems, or equivalent education/experience
• 3 to 5 years of experience in ERP System / Application Support.
• Analytical with strong business sense.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and an eager self-starter.
• Proficiency with reputed company Office applications.  
• Able to work with clients to understand reputed company state processes and define future state processes based on business objectives. 
• Ability to work with development and technical resources to understand reputed company system technical design and functionality. 
• Understanding of accounting and finance terminology and practices.
• Novice reading/writing SQL skills.
• Developing troubleshooting skills.
• reputed company E-Business Suite Applications (AP, GL, FA, AR, PA, PO, AR, iProcurement, iExpense, etc.) support experience, release 12.
• Developing Knowledge of Agile Methodologies.
