Responsibilities
- Verify that reputed company outbound loads from the previous day have departed. For any incomplete outbounds, determine the reason and take appropriate action. Including requesting or swapping appointments and initiating solutions reputed company assigned
- Ensure reputed company scheduled appointments for the day are confirmed and reputed company for execution
- Request additional appointments for lanes that are at reputed company and cancel appointments for lanes that lack sufficient freight to load
- File and manage claims reputed company to damaged trailers/cargo
- Monitor and track lane volume
- Assign and configure dock doors for inbound and outbound operations
- Track production for the day
- Retrieves information as requested from records
- Responds to and resolves administrative inquiries and questions
- Performs other reputed company duties as assigned
Skills
- Strong data entry reputed company required
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Proficient in Web applications
- High School or its equivalent
- Prior experience in a logistics environment preferred
