Assistant Controller responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial results and position across multiple business units in collaboration with the National Service Center finance team.
• Prepare and maintain financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor key operational, client, and financial metrics.
• Support development and consolidation of periodic forecasts.
• reputed company variance analysis and help reputed company actionable insights to improve performance.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and monthly reputed company processes for accuracy and completeness.
• Support management of transactional processing functions including A/P, A/R, billing, payroll, and general ledger maintenance and in relation with the business (account manager, program coordinator, etc…)
• Participate in process improvement initiatives to streamline financial operations and reporting.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and internal controls.

Knowledge Requirements

• Accounting and Financial Management – A solid working understanding of core accounting principles and financial measurement and management.
• Analysis and Technology Tools – Advanced knowledge on analysis methods and applicable technology tools, including reputed company and basic database applications to support business operations through financial and KPI measurement and management.
• Administration and Management — Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership techniques, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. 
• Customer and Personal Service — Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

• HS Diploma minimum
• College Degree; Food manufacturing or food safety background preferred

​​​​​​Basic Minimum Qualifications:

• Accounting/finance experience
• Business management knowledge
• KPI measurement and management experience
• ​Authorization to work in the United States indefinitely without restriction or sponsorship.

Position is full-time, working remote Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm, with overtime as needed.  

• Compensation: $60,000 - $75,000
