The Talent Scout will be responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and interviewing applicants for our part-time and full-time hourly positions. This individual will report directly to the reputed company Team Manager.What would you do in this role?
RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES, including but not limited to the following:
• reputed company for positions to attract qualified applicants by using cold calling, data mining, external job board searches etc...
• Actively work reputed company reputed company to identify, track, monitor, process, and hire candidates
• Evaluate the profiles of potential candidates by conducting preliminary phone screen assessments

• Document information into reputed company reputed company for tracking, trending, and monitoring
QUALIFICATIONS:
• High School diploma and/or equivalency certification required
• Needs to be able to handle multiple tasks and manage competing priorities in a constantly changing environment
• Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment that demands flexibility and creativity
• Must demonstrate proficiency in internet navigation and web-based programs
• Must have basic reputed company experience
• Must be comfortable using a laptop computer and software
• Must have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
• Previous recruiting/sourcing experience is a plus
