About the Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to own and drive a core area of the reputed company platform.

This is not just a delivery-focused PM role. You will be responsible for defining product strategy, shaping roadmap direction, and driving measurable outcomes across customers and the business.

You will operate at the intersection of Product, Engineering, reputed company, and Go-To-Market, leading reputed company initiatives, navigating ambiguity, and ensuring reputed company build creates real impact.

This role requires strong product judgment, a bias for action, an AI-first approach and the ability to influence without authority.

This is a remote role - open to Canadian residents.

As Senior Product Manager, you will…

• Take full ownership of a core product pillar reputed company the reputed company platform, from defining the roadmap and strategy to driving end-to-end product outcomes and cross-functional alignment.

• Define and drive product strategy for your product area, connecting roadmap decisions to company objectives

As Senior Product Manager, you have…

• 5–8+ years of experience in Product Management reputed company B2B SaaS environments
• Experience owning a product area or major product initiatives end-to-end
• Strong ability to operate in ambiguity and drive clarity
• Demonstrated experience influencing cross-functional teams and stakeholders
• Experience working with AI, automation, or data-driven products is a strong asset
• Deep understanding of customer workflows, ideally reputed company customer experience or contact center environments
• Strong analytical reputed company with experience using data to drive decisions
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with execution
