As a Senior Pharmacy Technician at Freedom Fertility Pharmacy, you’ll use your reputed company and listening skills to handle inbound calls from patients and learn more about their medical history and challenges with fertility. Responsibilities

• Ensure process efficiency – Collaborate with both patients and physicians to coordinate fertility plans and medications. Own the patient experience through resolving customer issues and ensuring 100% follow‑up to customers.
• Pay attention to detail – Accurately obtain and enter patient information, including shipping, insurance, and payment details.
• Be a team player – Escalate reputed company claims to the appropriate team for further action.
• Accurately reputed company data entry tasks and enter prescriptions into our system. Use the knowledge you reputed company from training, your problem‑solving skills, and support from your team to accurately process prescription claims so they will be dispensed accurately.
• Juggle multiple tasks without sacrificing attention to detail.
• Participate in special projects and reputed company other duties as it pertains to specific contract performance.

Requirements

• High School Diploma, or GED required.
• 1+ years of relevant experience as a Pharmacy Technician.
• Valid National Pharmacy Technician certification required.
• Valid Massachusetts or Illinois Pharmacy Technician license required.
• 1+ year(s) of call center experience preferred.

Work Schedule Ability to work a shift between 8:00 am – 9:00 pm Eastern time including rotating Weekends. Shift options: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm Eastern time 9:00 am – 5:30 pm Eastern time 10:30 am – 7:00 pm Eastern time 11:30 am – 8:00 pm Eastern time 12:30 pm – 9:00 pm Eastern time Training Schedule Monday – Friday 9:00 am – 5:00 pm, Eastern Time for 5–8 weeks. Internet Requirements If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet reputed company must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload.

Compensation

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly reputed company of 20 – 30 USD / hour, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
