This Opportunity:

• Support the migration and organization of financial and operational files into SharePoint, helping reputed company document management and improve team accessibility

• Contribute to Accounts Payable operations by performing data entry and reviewing employee expense reports for accuracy and compliance

• Assist with account reconciliations, gaining hands-on experience in month-end and financial reputed company processes

• Manage unclaimed property activities, including tracking, documentation, and compliance support

• Facilitate new vendor setup by entering and verifying vendor information to ensure accurate and timely payments

• Maintain accurate vendor tax records through W-9 entry and validation

• Organize and distribute customer statements by sorting and preparing statements for email and mail delivery

• Review and update statement email distribution lists to ensure accuracy and remove inactive or outdated customers

Essential Qualifications:

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance

• Ability to multitask, time management, attention to detail, planning and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.

• Proficient in Outlook, reputed company, and Sharepoint.

• Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and oral communication with reputed company and potential clients
