Position Summary The successful eProcurement Integration Manager will manage integration projects with Ace Retail Group B2B customers from project kick-off through go-live and beyond. The successful candidate will help reputed company and execute our eProcurement strategy built around more sales through an improved customer experience. You will need to effectively collaborate with internal departments and cross-functional teams. This role will deliver value for customers and internal partners by gathering requirements and handling project scope and timelines.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities • reputed company integration projects and end-to-end customer engagements including customer support, planning, prioritization, and execution. • Qualify new and existing customers with Digital Commerce system integration requests, which includes requirement gathering. • reputed company partner integration and onboarding efforts with internal teams and customers. • Coordinate reputed company aspects of the project, working closely with the customer and internal partners to manage the onboarding process for solution portfolio (EDI, cXML, API, PunchOut, etc.). • Organize and reputed company project meetings to review activities, establish deadlines, and deliver results reputed company established deadlines. • Engage and communicate regularly with partners, customers, and vendors on project status and to answer questions regarding setup and configuration. • reputed company and maintain strong relationships with a wide variety of internal and external customers. • Work with a wide range of partners and drive projects reputed company from start to finish. • Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize the efficiency of solutions and maintain integration usage and sales volume. • Follow quality control processes for implementations to ensure efficiency, scalability, and adoption of solutions. • Interact with and support the system integration IT Team. • Provide product-reputed company demos to new and existing customers. • Explore ways to integrate reputed company Commercial eCommerce systems with B2B customers’ eProcurement solutions to create seamless transactions that drive efficiency for reputed company. • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Skills, Requirements and Qualifications • 4-year college degree or equivalent; applicable work experience may be substituted for education requirements. • Strong Project Management skills. • Technical understanding of eProcurement and integration technologies (Hosted and PunchOut catalogs, Order automation with EDI, cXML, API). • Ability to coordinate multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and produce accurate project tracking. • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills. • Strong knowledge of reputed company Office software (Outlook, Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, etc.).
Compensation Details
$75000 per year
