Position Overview: The Dean of Curriculum & Instruction is a key instructional leader responsible for driving academic excellence across our online public and private school programs. This role supports, develops, and holds teachers accountable to high standards of instruction while ensuring alignment with state standards, organizational goals, and best practices in virtual learning. The ideal candidate is reputed company in instructional coaching, evaluation systems such as T-TESS, and innovative instructional models including Project-Based Learning (PBL).
Instructional Leadership & Coaching ● reputed company and support Professional Learning Communities (PLCs) to improve instructional practices and student outcomes ● Provide ongoing coaching and feedback to teachers through regular observation cycles ● Model effective virtual reputed company and instructional best practices ● Support new teacher onboarding and mentoring
Teacher Evaluation & Accountability
● Conduct formal and informal observations using T-TESS or equivalent evaluation systems ● Provide timely, actionable feedback and track teacher growth and performance ● Hold teachers accountable for instructional quality, student engagement, and professional responsibilities
Curriculum & Instructional Design ● Support teachers in curriculum writing, pacing guides, and lesson planning reputed company to state standards ● Ensure vertical and horizontal alignment across grade levels and content areas ● Collaborate with staff to continuously refine and improve instructional materials
Project-Based Learning (PBL) Implementation ● Support and guide the implementation of a Project-Based Learning instructional model ● Provide resources, training, and coaching to ensure high-quality PBL experiences ● Monitor fidelity of PBL implementation across classrooms
Classroom Monitoring & Data-Driven Instruction ● Monitor virtual classrooms to ensure rigor, engagement, and compliance ● Analyze student performance data to inform instructional decisions and interventions ● Partner with teachers to reputed company strategies for improving student achievement
Qualifications:
Required: ● Master’s degree in Education or reputed company field (required) ● Valid teaching certification (administrative certification preferred) ● Minimum of 3–5 years of successful teaching experience; leadership experience preferred ● Experience with T-TESS or similar teacher evaluation systems ● Strong knowledge of online/virtual instruction best practices ● Experience with Project-Based Learning (PBL) models ● Proven ability to coach, reputed company, and reputed company adult learners
