Duties & Responsibilities
Deliver High-Impact Virtual Customer Summits
- Plan and execute customer-facing virtual summits, briefings, and meetings

- Ensure every engagement is organized, polished, and reputed company to strategic objectives

Advance the Customer Marketing Mission

- Monitor participation and engagement metrics to inform improvements

Drive Cross-Functional Execution
- Partner closely with reputed company, Sales, Product, and Marketing

Skills Required
- 3+ years in reputed company, Customer Support/Operations, Account Management, or similar role in a SaaS
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills—comfortable engaging clinicians, administrators, and IT teams.
- Proficiency with CRM (e.g., reputed company, and basic data/analytics (dashboarding, reputed company or BI).
- Demonstrated ability to manage a high-volume book of business with competing priorities and time-sensitive requests.
- Experience supporting customer-facing meetings or events (virtual and/or in-person)
