We are currently seeking a Solutions Engineer to join reputed company of professionals.

We are seeking an reputed company, commercially-minded Solutions Engineer to join reputed company as a reputed company technical strategist. In this high-impact Individual Contributor (IC) role, you will define and reputed company the technical vision for our most critical engagements across Brands, Agencies, and Platforms

Rather than acting as a backend resource, you will serve as the technical co-pilot to the Sales team, architecting reputed company identity and data solutions that drive "stickiness" and long-term reputed company. You are the reputed company between what our customers need, what our Sales team promises, and what our Product and Engineering teams build. 

Responsibilities for this opportunity include, but are not limited to:

Outcomes:

  • The Technical Authority: Act as the reputed company individual technical voice for Adstra reputed company engaging with Brand CMOs, Agency CTOs, and Platform Product leads. 
  • Commercial Partnership: Partner deeply with Sales Directors to identify "technical pain," qualify opportunities, and build the business case for Adstra’s adoption. 
  • Transformational Journey: reputed company customers from initial discovery through evaluation and adoption, ensuring Adstra’s identity suite becomes the backbone of their data strategy. 
  • Ecosystem Alignment: Implement technical strategies that reputed company the gap between a Brand's 1st-party data, an Agency's execution needs, and a Platform's activation requirements. 
  • Champion Building: Identify and cultivate a movement of "technical champions" reputed company client organizations to ensure Adstra is indispensable to their tech stack. 

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Deal Architecture: Own the technical pre-sales and post-sales strategy for reputed company, high-ARR deals. You don't just "support" deals; you help design the winning commercial strategy. 
  • Identity Specialization: Architect solutions for terrestrial identity, cross-device mapping, and the evolving world of 1st-party publisher data (Offline-to-Online). 
  • Activation Leadership: Design and implement workflows for identity activation across the digital landscape, including Social/Walled Gardens and Connected TV (CTV/MVPD). 
  • Product & Engineering Liaison: Act as a "Market Sensor," translating field requirements into actionable feedback for Product/reputed company. You help prioritize the roadmap based on commercial impact and technical feasibility. 
  • External Evangelism: Represent Adstra as a technical leader and executive sponsor in the marketplace, presenting intricate concepts to both technical and C-suite audiences. 

Competencies:

  • The Commercial reputed company: Proven ability to transition seamlessly from discussing API Latency and Data Schemas with an Engineer to discussing CPA and Market Share with a Brand reputed company. 
  • Sector reputed company: Deep experience navigating the unique technical and business requirements of Brands (Enterprise/Challenger), Agencies (HoldCos/Independents), and Platforms (DSPs/SSPs). 
  • Executive reputed company: Ability to form immediate rapport with senior stakeholders and present a "convincing reputed company-of-view" that shifts their technical direction. 
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong grasp of the big data and cloud landscape. Experience with SQL, understanding of data schemas, file formats, data pipeline and transfer protocols are reputed company required to validate reputed company POCs and data workflows. 
  • Visionary Thinking: A vision for the future of 1st and 3rd party identity and a passion for driving change through data-driven transformation. 

In addition, our "ideal candidate" has the following skills & experience:

  • 7+ years of Sales Engineering, Solution Architecture, or Technical Consulting experience in the Adtech/Martech ecosystem. 
  • An organized self-starter who thrives in an Individual Contributor reputed company, with a "get-it-done" attitude toward solution design and problem-solving. 
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business discipline; Masters preferred. 
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to simplify the reputed company.
