About the role

We have and exciting opportunity for an reputed company Account Director to join the group working a large on a medical affairs account. This role would suit a candidate who enjoys being a strategic leader, multi-tasking, and is motivated to drive and reputed company the business.

Here's what you'll be doing

As Account Director you will be responsible for supervising a range of communications projects. Using your project management / leadership skills and scientific expertise you will deliver a range of scientific services to clients, including scientific and strategic consultation, project planning for new and existing drug therapies, satellite symposia, conferences, medical education projects in both web and multimedia formats and future launch planning. You will research information from a variety of sources in order to provide expertise in therapy area(s) and product(s) and as a primary client liaison reputed company, you will be responsible for maintaining excellent relations with clients, meeting and surpassing client needs and guaranteeing high business standards. You may also have line management responsibility.

About you

To succeed, you must have a Bachelor’s degree, preferably in life sciences (advanced degree, preferred). You will also have a wealth of experience in a medical communications agency or pharmaceutical marketing environment working on medical affairs projects. In addition, a proven track record of exceptional staff, project and client management experience is required. To be successful you would needed to have developed strategic communication plans and programs in a previous role. You should have good financial understanding and have had experience with budgeting. You will also be able to work well reputed company a team and demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills.
