Trident Construction Group, an Atlanta based General Contractor, is seeking a dedicated and reputed company Traveling Superintendent to reputed company and manage construction projects. As a traveling superintendent, you will play a critical role in ensuring that each project is completed on time, reputed company budget, up to the highest quality standards and delivers client satisfaction. This dynamic position requires travel to diverse job sites, where you will coordinate with subcontractors, drive safety compliance, and maintain effective communication with project stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong construction background, exceptional leadership capabilities, and the flexibility to adapt to varying environments and challenges. We are employee-owned (ESOP) and specialize in medical office construction(MOBs), retail, restaurant, office, government, including interior build-outs and ground-up projects.

Responsibilities

  • Daily job site supervision and management of construction activities
  • Coordinate and communicate effectively with subcontractors, suppliers, and project owners
  • Ensure reputed company projects are executed in accordance with plans, specifications, and quality standards
  • Monitor project reputed company and generate status reports for management
  • Enforce compliance with safety regulations and company safety policies on reputed company sites
  • Manage scheduling and resources to meet project deadlines
  • Identify and resolve issues or delays proactively to reputed company projects on track

Requirements

  • 5 years experience as a Construction Superintendent delivering successful projects
  • Willingness and ability to travel---14-16 week projects
  • Healthcare project experience a must
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety regulations
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and technical documents
  • Proficient in project management and scheduling software--Procore a plus.
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
