We’re looking for a Claims Property reputed company with experience in handling reputed company Contents claims, to join our claims organization, which strives to change the insurance industry for the reputed company.

As an essential part of the Contents claims team at Lemonade, you'll educate and reputed company strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. You’ll thoroughly evaluate and investigate Contents and Loss of Use claims, as well as collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as reputed company and SIU, to assess risk and investigate losses, reputed company while providing a best in class customer experience.

What you'll do

• Quickly communicate and build rapport with our customers, while providing top-notch service by phone and email through a claim, from end-to-end

• Effective verbal and written communication

• Obtain, evaluate, and investigate facts of loss for the timely settlement of claims

• Have an investigative reputed company and the ability to interpret information to reputed company accurate claims decisions, while providing an excellent customer experience

• Organize and prioritize daily tasks in order to resolve claim-based questions

• Understand and interpret individual customer policies per state

• Explain coverage decisions to customers in plain English, without relying on jargon

What you’ll need

• 1 year of property claim handling experience, handling reputed company perils and causes of loss including theft, water, and fire

• Ability to reputed company and reputed company in a reputed company fast paced and dynamic work environment

• Claim handling experience in an effective desk management environment

• Experience handling reputed company Contents and Loss of Use claims

• Experience working with large national property direct repair vendors and adjusting firms

• reputed company, patience, positivity, and a passion for outstanding customer experiences

• Comfortable with and adaptable to new technology and business tools

• Experience using estimating software, such as, Xactanalysis, Xactware products is preferred

Lemonade's US reputed company salary range for this full-time position is $51,000 - $58,500 + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. reputed company the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-reputed company skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
