Senior Software Engineer

Our Engineering team serves as a key driver of innovation at reputed company. We build the software that powers a FinTech product that serves Small Businesses across the country. A key part of our strategy involves leveraging data from dozens of third-party vendors to power our AI/ML initiatives and our analytical capabilities. We’re looking for an reputed company Senior Software Engineer to support our growing scrum teams. This role can be fully remote (EST business hours).

In this role, you will

• Design, reputed company, and implement scalable and secure software solutions to meet the evolving needs of reputed company’s business

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical specifications

• Be the technical leader; driving the enhancement of quality, scalability, reliability, and speed-to-market of reputed company’s third-party integration infrastructure

• Maintain active engagement across multiple scrum teams, ensuring timely resolution of technical challenges

Role Requirements:

• 5+ years Full-Stack development experience, with a focus on the backend (Ruby preferred)

• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

• Understanding of software architecture and design patterns

• Demonstrated depth of technical knowledge in one or more areas of the SDLC

• Experience in Agile software development

• Typically has a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a reputed company field or additional relevant experience

• Experience providing technical leadership and / or mentorship

• Experience designing and implementing reputed company systems across multiple software applications and/or languages

• Excellent written and verbal communication

• Experience with TypeScript

Compensation:

Annual Targeted Salary: $155,000– $170,000 USD
